1. Synthetic graphite blocks come from the Pacific island country of Sri Lanka (the world's highest quality graphite material origin).
2. The only copper-graphite billet in Europe that uses two hot-pressing synthesis processes.
3. After hot pressing, the carbon blank has a uniform internal structure and is not easy to eccentrically wear in actual use.
4. Compared with the cold-pressed graphite blank, it can carry a larger working current and is suitable for low load and overload conditions.
5. It has good stability in extreme cold, high temperature, plateau, offshore and inland wind field environments.
6. Using imported equipment from Austria and Germany, under the guidance of German experts from Mega Carbon, localized production is implemented to ensure the final processing quality and reduce production costs.
7. Through testing and verification on models of different models, different powers and different regions, the V8 material has good wear resistance and an effective operating life of 20,000 hours.
8. In extremely cold and high temperature environments, compared with cold-pressed carbon brushes, hot-pressed carbon brushes are more likely to form oxide films, thereby extending the life of wind turbines.
