V8 2.0 3.0 13 50 Impregnation 1. The synthetic graphite billet originates from Sri Lanka, a Pacific island nation renowned as the world's premier source of high-quality graphite materials.
2. The only copper-graphite billet in Europe manufactured using a two-step hot-pressing synthesis process.
3. After hot pressing, the carbon blank exhibits a uniform internal structure, making it resistant to uneven wear during actual use.
4. Compared to cold-pressed graphite preforms, it can handle significantly higher working currents and is suitable for both low-load and overload conditions.
5. Exhibits excellent stability performance in extremely cold, high-temperature, plateau, nearshore, and inland wind environments.
6. Utilizing imported equipment from Austria and Germany, and under the guidance of German experts from Megacarbon, we implement localized production processes to ensure superior final processing quality while simultaneously reducing manufacturing costs.
7. Testing and verification conducted across various models, power levels, and geographic regions demonstrate that the V8 material exhibits excellent wear resistance, achieving an effective operational lifespan of up to 20,000 hours.
8. In extremely cold and high-temperature environments, thermal compression carbon brushes are more likely to form an oxide film compared to cold-pressed carbon brushes, thereby extending the service life of wind turbine generators.
