The assembly consists of a copper alloy brush block (ensuring high conductivity and wear resistance), a green insulating base (typically made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, offering corrosion resistance and insulating properties), and metal fasteners.
The design features a sloped guiding structure that facilitates precise docking of the brush blocks on the AGV, while a built-in spring ensures stable contact pressure.
II. Functions and Principles
As the core component of AGV contact charging, it establishes an electrical current path between the charging station and the AGV battery via physical contact, enabling efficient energy transfer.
Supports various current specifications from 15A to 250A, compatible with multiple battery types such as lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, and can be tailored to meet the power requirements of different AGVs.
